Keto Breakfast Pizza Eggs


Step 1If you need to make some marinara sauce, follow this recipe. It will only take 5 minutes to prepare. You can also use any sugar-free pizza sauce.

Step 2Heat a medium pan greased with olive oil over a medium-high heat. Add the marinara sauce and spread evenly over the pan. Crack in the eggs.

Step 3Use a spatula to gently break the egg whites. This will help them cook faster and combine with the marinara sauce. Tip: if you don't like runny yolks, use the spatula to break the yolks and swirl through the whites and marinara.

Step 4When the egg whites are almost set, sprinkle with the shredded cheese and top with the pepperoni (or cured chorizo) slices. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and the egg yolks are still runny.

Step 5Sprinkle with fresh basil and serve while still warm.
