Low-Carb Baked Cinnamon Donuts

Step 1Preheat oven to 170 °C/ 340 °F (fan assisted), or 190 °C/ 375 °F (conventional).

Step 2Melt the butter on the stovetop or in the microwave. Whisk eggs and add melted butter and vanilla. Add all other ingredients and mix until well combined.

Step 3Grease the donut pan really well, as these can sometimes stick. Pipe or spoon dough into donut pan.

Step 4Bake for about 15 minutes, or until set and golden brown.

Step 5Dust with Swerve and cinnamon to finish off.

Step 6Store in a sealed container for up to 5 days (if they last that long!).
For longer storage, you can freeze the donuts for up to 3 months.
