Low-Carb Garlic & Lemon Roasted Broccoli

Step 1Preheat the oven to 230 °C/ 450 °F. Wash the broccoli and cut into florets. Mix the minced garlic with melted ghee.

Step 2Place the broccoli florets in a large baking dish and toss with the garlic ghee. Squeeze the lemon over the broccoli and season with salt.
