Step 2Grease a large skillet with butter and cook the onion on medium-high until fragrant and lightly browned for 3-5 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
Step 3Add the chopped chard stalks and cook for another minute. Add the roughly chopped chard leaves and cook until wilted for 30 to 60 seconds.
Step 4Pour in the cream and add the mustard. Add most of the grated cheese, reserving some for topping. Stir to combine and cook until it starts to simmer.
Step 5Crack in the eggs and top with the remaining grated cheese. Cook on medium until the whites are opaque and cooked through.
Step 6Season with salt and/or pepper to taste and serve while still warm. Serve immediately while still warm, on its own or with our 90 Second Keto Bread.
