Hi Nikos. I have rebooted as you suggested. I also followed the recommendations on your current email to fix the issue. It is not resolved on my end. Not by rebooting. And not through the Profile. I cannot get into Profile because I can no longer get into the Keto APP. It sits there and says "Waiting," while colored a washed-out grey. Again these past two updates have stopped the APP from functioning entirely on my end. And each access into TestFlight produces no results. It looks like TestFlight will update and then does nothing.

Hi, to clarify: the issue here is that for whatever reason the app won't download. Downloads (& distribution in general) are handled by Apple/ AppStore. In most cases a restart fixes any download issues. It's impossible for us to know what prevents the download, but, a few more things to check: do you have enough free space on your device? have you maybe signed out of the AppStore or changed your AppStore account?
