Zero-Carb Panko Breadcrumbs


Step 1Place the pork rinds in a food processor. Make sure that you don't include any burnt pork rinds (they will look dark golden) as even one could make the breadcrumbs taste bitter.

Step 2Process until powdered, for 25 to 45 seconds.

Step 3Place the breadcrumbs in a storage container. Add all of the spices, close with a lid and shake to combine (or keep them unseasoned if you like).

Step 4Store in your pantry for up to a month and use just like breadcrumbs.
