Wasabi & Ginger Compound Butter

Step 1 Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender.

Step 2 Blend until smooth. Alternatively, you can mix everything in a bowl using a fork - it will just take a little longer to combine. Then transfer the butter to a piece of parchment paper.

Step 3 Roll the butter into a log then chill until set, or use immediately.

Step 4Store for up to 5 days in the refrigerator, 6 months in the freezer.
