Super Simple Low-Carb Braised Red Cabbage


Step 1Heat a large pot over medium heat and add the ghee. Once melted, add the onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes or until the onion has started to soften.

Step 2While the onion is cooking, roughly chop the cabbage into slices.

Step 3Add all of the remaining ingredients including to the pot and stir a few minutes until the cabbage is shiny.

Step 4Reduce heat to lowest setting, cover with a lid and cook 50-60 minutes, stirring occasionally until the cabbage is tender. Store in a sealed container in the fridge up to 5 days.
