Step 1Add a heavy baking pan to the oven and preheat oven to 180 °C/ 355 °F (conventional), or 160 °C/ 320 °F (fan assisted).
Step 2Remove the pan once heated, and add the butter, olive oil, garlic and paprika. Stir to combine. The butter will melt and the mixture will start to get fragrant.
Step 3Add the prawns and toss to combine.
Step 4Place back in the oven and bake 7 to 10 minutes.
Step 5Remove from the oven and serve with a squeeze of lemon and the freshly torn basil.
Step 6Serve immediately.
