Keto Lemon Electrolyte Slurpee


Step 1Place 8 to 12 butterfly pea tea flowers into a jar filled with 1 1/2 cups of cold water. Let it steep at room temperature for at least 30 minutes or in the fridge for up to 8 hours. The longer you leave it the deeper the color. Remove and discard the flowers.

Step 2Meanwhile, juice the lemons.

Step 3Mix the blue tea with lemon juice to turn it purple. Add sweetener (Allulose or Erythritol) and stir until fully dissolved. Add magnesium, potassium, and salt.

Step 4Place the purple liquid in a blender together with ice cubes.

Step 5Blend until you get snow-like consistency.

Step 6Serve immediately. You can make one or two servings at a time and keep the remaining purple liquid in the fridge until ready to make the slurpee.
