Step 1Place all ingredients, except coconut oil, into a bowl and mix thoroughly. If the mixture seems a bit dry, melt and add the coconut oil. (Note: You can use vanilla or unflavored whey protein powder, egg white protein powder or collagen powder.)

Step 2Roll into a heaped teaspoon full 16 balls (about 17 g/ 0.6 oz each) and place on a lined tray.

Step 3Chill into the fridge for about two hours. Store in a container in the refrigerator for up to one month.
