Step 2Add the diced onion and carrot and cook for 8 to 10 minutes over medium heat, until the vegetables have softened and lightly caramelized. Then add the minced garlic.
Step 3Add the ground beef and herbs. Cook over a medium heat, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes to brown the meat.
