I'd like to thank my friend Elviira of Low-Carb, So Simple for her thorough review of my Fat Bombs Book and for sharing one of the recipes: Quick Orange Fat Bombs!

As you may know, Elviira runs a well-known low-carb blog and a popular Facebook page. For her review, she picked a fat bomb recipe that requires no more than 5 ingredients. Elviira even tried a couple of variations using vanilla and super healthy turmeric that gave the fat bombs a beautiful orange colour.
